Science Experiments

Here are some photos of our recent science experiments. We are investigating insulation, conduction
and reflection in readiness for a project where the students will design and make a lunch box that will keep your food cool. We have been collecting and analysing data during our experiments so that we can make informed decisions about what materials to use for our lunch box designs. Keep an eye out for photos of the lunchboxes.

Recording and graphing the temperature every 10 mins over a period of one hour.

Mouldy Sandwiches
We put a sandwich into a bag and left it for 3 weeks to see what would happen to it over time. Green and black mould grew on the sandwich making it unfit to eat.
